Mortgage Topics: Changes to FHA Mortgage Insurance Premium (MIP)

There are changes coming to the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) mortgage insurance premiums (MIP) and Moving Forward TV shares the upcoming changes and other great FHA loan information in the following YouTube video. Some of the dates to watch for are April 1st, 2013 FHA MIP annual rate will increase by 0.10 percent for loans under $625,500 and 0.05 percent for loans greater than $625,500. Effective on June 3, 2013, loans with FHA case numbers that are assigned after this date will be subject to the new duration limits for MIP. HERNANDO COUNTY FLORIDA HISTORY AND THINGS TO DO

Hernando County was establish on February 27, 1843 and is located approximately 50 north west of Tampa, Florida. Brooksville is the Capital city. Hernando county is home to the Chassahowitzka National Wildlife Refuge and the Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge which feature beautiful warm water springs and have become a safe place for manatee populations which migrate to the area every winter as well as, according to the Chassahowitzka National Wildlife Refuge, "...is home to over 250 species of birds, over 50 species of reptiles and amphibians, and at least 25 different species of mammals, including the endangered West Indian Manatee" http://www.fws.gov/chassahowitzka/. Hernando County is also home to the Weekie Wachee Springs State Park which features a water park and the "Only City of Live Mermaids" with mermaid shows.
